You have a tendency to keep your feelings in, Virgo. You repress your anger, pain, and resentment. Until, that is, it springs forth like lava from a volcano, and then it’s hard to stop. Sometimes - actually most of the time - your anger affects you inwardly, causing anxiety and stress. You need to vent about something now. Either choose someone you know cares for you - someone you trust - and confide in that person to get it off your chest and receive some good feedback on how to deal with it. Or, at the very least, do something to work off the negative energy. Meditation, positive visualization, and even taking a long walk or jog will certainly help.
